I bought a plain jane guestbook awhile ago, but I wasn't really happy with it. I've decided instead to use postcards. Charlie and I met when we were assigned a project over the Catcher in the Rye our sophomore year in high school. I found these vintage book postcards at Anthropologie and thought they would work perfectly.
Next to the "guestbook" we're going to frame the Catcher in the Rye postcard and tell the story of how we met, along with instructions to fill out the card and place in a basket. Then, we'll have someone mail the cards to us while we're on our honeymoon, and we come home to hundreds of pretty postcards! They'll also make a fun keepsake for us. Woo Hoo!
