instagram updates

It's been quite awhile since I've done Instagram updates! Here are few highlights:
Had a wonderful time volunteering for the ASID Holiday party at the Renaissance Collection Showroom.
Reluctantly put away all of my sparkly Christmas decor.
Hit the after Christmas sales hard - J.Crew gets me every time!
Commissioned Charlie to hang drapes in our living room, and added a new chair to this corner.
Totally cleaned out and updated my office area. I'll be sharing this update on the blog soon!
I'm obsessed with the light in our apartment. I especially love the constant sunlight in our dining room. It's where all our plants are living during the wintertime.
Did you see these amazing chairs we got reupholstered in our Samarkand ikat fabric? I can't wait to see what the person who buys these does with them.
Experimenting with new colors and combinations for our Spring fabric collection!

I've really been loving all of the beautiful woven works of art I've been seeing lately.

Some of my favorites can be found by Minna, All Roads, and HeddleAndNeedle. I'm also feeling inspired to make my own using this DIY by Cali Katrina.This looks strangely familiar to weavings I made in 4th grade... so I think while it may take some time, it shouldn't be too difficult. I'm going to stock up on yarn today and get started so that I can hopefully finish before school starts again!
